Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We love the products we make, and we think you will too. If you're not satisfied with your first Jixiaomi package, let us know and we'll exchange it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.
In fact, we're so confident you'll love Jixiaomi that we'll even cover the return shipping costs if you choose not to keep your first package.
Please note that we don't accept returns or exchanges on international orders, miniatures, or travel-sized products. Additionally, expedited shipping costs and Native digital gift cards are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please contact Support@jixiaomi.com!
Do you allow exchanges?
Yes! First-time Jixiaomi purchases can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your package. If you'd like to exchange your deodorant, please email Support@jixiaomi.com.
Please note that exchanging deodorant will void our return policy. Furthermore, miniatures and travel-sized products are not exchangeable.
