How long will it take for me to receive my package?

We ship all orders within one to two business days. Your package will arrive 3-7 business days after shipment. If you choose expedited shipping, your package will arrive two business days after shipment.

Does Jixiaomi ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States, but we hope to ship to other countries in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over $15.00. For orders under $15.00, shipping is $5.00. Need faster delivery? Choose expedited shipping for an additional $15.00. Shipping within the United States only.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes!

We offer UPS Two-Day Shipping within the United States for $15, regardless of the size of your order. This means you can expect to receive your package within two business days of shipment. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that if you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, a PO Box, or U.S. Territories, expedited shipping may take more time but will be faster than our free shipping options.
